Discourse on Africa has been focused on criticisms of its leadership – what many have come to term ‘the crisis of leadership.’ Rachel Nyaradzo Adams argues that what Africa is actually suffering from is a Crisis of Courage. This historical moment calls for African youth to cultivate their courage so that they can create the future that they prefer. This will require a drastic shift in our mindset, an openness to risking a lot and a strategic appreciation of the power of collaborations across borders.
