Narachi Leadership has created a FREE virtual, annual programme for young persons between the ages of 19 and 25 years who have a strong desire to become influential in their communities, to be mentored by a broad network of high impact and successful leaders from across the continent and the world. Our 6-month Programme is designed to provide forward thinking and creative young minds with world class leadership training and tools, under the overarching themes of Leading the Self, Leading Others and Leading Systems, to set them on the right path early on in their careers as they emerge as the future
leaders of Africa, helping them to create the Africa that they deserve and desire.
